2.9 Alejandro Travelled with family August 2024 To be able to highlight something decent about the hotel... are the views from the chill out area on the top floor where you can see the whole of the manga in its entirety. On the other hand, the food was good, although with little variety, at breakfast, we missed croissants.
Por poder destacar algo decente del hotel... son las vistas de la zona chill out que tiene en su planta superior donde puedes avistar toda la manga en su extensión. Por otro lado, la comida buena, aunque poca variedad, en el desayuno, echamos de menos croissants.
Well, I hope it was the worst room they had.... because if it's not... I don't want to see the others... as soon as we opened the door of room 302, it had a musty smell that was a turn-off. Then, the ceiling was full of humidity both in the double room and the adjoining room with 2 beds. The bathroom had a leak that they told us they would fix but never did... instead of giving us a solution they told us that "that will be due to condensation from the air conditioners"... we had to put a towel on the floor to avoid slipping. In addition, the shower also had yellowish dirty seals, those little details that you demand from a 4 star hotel... I have been in 2 star hotels much better than this 4 star hotel.... Then the walls had flaws everywhere... some of them were putty, others were not... it looked like the room of horrors. The "cover/quilt" of the double bed had a "botana" and as well as the bed had an upholstery full of shit... not to mention the mattress that we did not like at all, you sat down and you sank inside... not very comfortable, we ended up sleeping on the 90 beds in the next room that those mattresses did not seem to have defects. The room has a nice view... to a wall and roof where the air conditioning machines are, the truth is that they are perfect. To improve... the room is very big and they put a 36 inch TV (I would say) that you did not see the room. The swimming pool in the hotel is very small for the rooms available in the hotel, not to mention the turbidity of the water in the pool. The chairs in the restaurant for the buffet could also use a little cleaning. In general the interior of the hotel needs an urgent renovation/renovation... I could list different instances with flaws... but it would be better to have a general renovation.
Pues la verdad, espero que fuera la peor habitación que tenían....porque si no lo es... no quiero ver las otras... tal como abrimos la puerta de la habitación 302, hacía un olor a humedad que tiraba para atrás. Después, el techo lleno de humedades tanto de la habitación de matrimonio como la contigua de 2 camitas. El baño tenía una gotera que nos dijeron que arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron.. en vez de darnos una solución nos dijeron que "eso será por la condensación de los aires acondicionados"... le tuvimos que poner una toalla en el suelo para evitar resbalones. Además, la ducha también tenía las juntas sucias amarillentas, esos pequeños detalles que le exiges a un hotel de 4 estrellas... he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas muchos mejores que este de 4... Luego las paredes presentaban desperfectos por todos lados... algunos de ellos masillados otros no.. parecía la habitación de los horrores. La "funda/colcha" de la cama de matrimonio tenía una "botana" y así como la cama tenía como un tapizado lleno de mierda... por no decir el colchón que no nos gusto nada, te sentabas y te hundías para dentro... poco cómodo, acabamos durmiendo en las camitas de 90 de la habitación contigua que esos colchones no parecían tener defectos. La habitación tiene unas bonitas vistas... a una pared y techadito donde están las máquinas del aire acondicionado, la verdad que son perfectas. Por mejorar... la habitación muy grande y te ponen una televisión de 36 pulgadas (diría) que no viste la habitación. La piscina que hay en el hotel, es muy pequeña para las habitaciones que dispone el hotel, por no hablar de la turbidez de las aguas de dicha piscina. Las sillas del restaurante para el buffet, también necesitarían un poco de limpieza. En general el hotel por dentro necesita una reforma/renovación urgente... podría enumerar distintas instancias con desperfectos... pero lo dicho mejor una reforma general.

The hotel is old, and the rooms and other facilities need a facelift. We could not go in the hotel pool as the water was white, it did not look hygienic. It looks more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. Not to return.
El hotel es antiguo, y las habitaciones y demás instalaciones necesitan un lavado de cara. No nos pudimos meter en la piscina del hotel ya que el agua estaba blanca, no se veía higiénica. Parece un hotel de 3 estrellas justito, más que uno de 4 estrellas. Para no volver.

El trato por parte del personal del hotel excelente, todo acorde al precio pagado, no se puede pedir más, para lujo irse a sitios más caros, creo que está muy bien para el precio que obtuvimos, la habitación muy grande, detalles de bienvenida incluidos.
