I was pleasantly surprised after the comments about the food and cleanliness. Varied and good food, cleaning every other day with change of sheets and towels.
Me sorprendió gratamente después de los comentarios la comida y limpieza. Comida variada y buena, la limpieza cada dos días con cambio de sábanas y toallas.
The noise of the air compressor was quite audible, even with the windows closed.
The terrace of the studios is a drawer, you only have a view if you climb a kind of step.
El ruido del compresor del aire, se oía bastante, incluso con las ventanas cerradas.
La terraza de los estudios es un cajón, solo tienes vistas si te subes a una especie de escalón.

All the staff, from maintenance, waiters, reception, cleaning... of 10.
Todo el personal, desde mantenimiento, camareros, recepción , limpieza… de 10
The roof of the bathroom started leaking from the air conditioning, but the maintenance guy came to fix it right away, as well as the TV antenna.
Nos empezó a gotear el techo del baño x el aire acondicionado, pero al instante el de mantenimiento vino a solucionarlo, al igual que la antena de la tv.

El desayuno no estaba mal
Horrible room, on the top floor, very hot. With a boxed terrace with no view with the air conditioning that was on fire. Cleaning every two days and with an unbearable smell of sewage at times.
Habitación horrible, en la última planta, mucho calor. Con una terraza encajonada sin vistas con el aire acondicionado que echaba fuego. La limpieza cada dos días y con un olor a cloaca a ratos insoportable.

El personal muy amable
It is an aparthotel, the 4 stars are nowhere to be seen, room cleaning one day in a week, very hot in the common areas despite the fact that they installed giant air conditioners.
Es un apartahotel, las 4 estrellas no se ven por ningún lado, limpieza de la habitación un día en una semana, mucho calor en las zonas comunes a pesar de que instalaron aireadores gigantes.

The location was very good, the parking was perfect, there was always room, the room was great.
La ubicación muy buena , el aparcamiento perfecto siempre había sitio , la habitación estupenda
The swimming pool is very dirty, the restaurant has no air conditioning and the corridors are hell, the elevators are very slow and very scarce.
La piscina muy sucia , en el restaurante sin aire acondicionado al igual que los pasillos, un infierno , los ascensores super lentos y muy escaso

Hotel de 4estrellas that I would put at most 1 star, fatal, in the common areas there was no air conditioning only one elevator works, swimming pool without lifeguards, in the rooms you can not regulate the air conditioning during the day is fine but at night you freeze, old furniture and small television. In short all bad if I were you I would remove it from your website.
Hotel de 4estrellas que yo le ponía como mucho 1 estrella, fatal, en las zonas comunes no había aire acondicionado sólo funciona un ascensor, piscina sin socorristas , en las habitaciones no se puede regular el aire acondicionado por el día se está bien pero por la noche te congelas, los muebles viejos y la televisión pequeña. En resumen todo mal yo que ustedes le quitaba de su pagina web.

Benalmádena is beautiful and has many things to see, we enjoyed many experiences... by boat, we saw the castle etc...
Benalmádena es precioso y tiene muchas cosas que ver, disfrutamos de muchas experiencias... en barco, vimos el castillo etc...
The hotel really sucks...they gave us an occupied room, they compensated us with another room. It is all very old, we took 5 nights and only one day we cleaned the room, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper not replenished, are just a few details.
El hotel realmente penoso...nos dieron una habitación ocupada,locompensaron con otra habitación. Es todo muy viejo,cogimos 5 noches y solo un día nos limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que pedir toallas y papel higiénico no lo reponían, son solo unos detalles

The rooms were not bad at all, clearly they need a DEEP renovation, but the cleaning service was terrible... I found a cockroach in the room... they told me that they come from outside and that it is not their fault...
Las habitaciones no estaban mal del todo, claramente necesitan un reforma PROFUNDA, pero el servicio de limpieza fatal… encontré una cucaracha en la habitación.. me dijeron que vienen de fuera y que no es culpa de ellos..
