Babies: Do you need a cot for your baby? In that case, you will have to contact us. Cots are always paid for directly at the hotel. If you prefer so, you can also bring your own cot or share a bed with your baby. In these cases, we always suggest you let us know in advance through our contact section.
Very important: If you are travelling with babies or children, although in some deals they may travel for free, they must always be included in your booking as travellers. Discounts, if any, will be applied to the final price of the booking.
3.6. We are a group, is it possible to book triple or quadruple bedrooms?
This depends on the accommodation of each hotel deal. Some accommodations have triple and/or quadruple rooms available, while others do not.

Jump2spain.com will always try to show you the prices on the homepage in the most honest and reasonable way possible. Here are 2 examples:
Example 1: if there is a limited number of places for a certain date, but the price is the best of all available dates, we will NOT advertise that price as the main price of the deal, as rooms would be sold out quickly and at that point, you might feel cheated or, at the very least, frustrated.
Therefore, the price we show on the main page will always be the one for which we have both higher availability and also the best price.
Example 2: If the cheapest price is for a date that is more than 4 weeks later than the release date for the deal, we will not display that price as the headline price of the deal either. The reason for not doing so is that we understand that there is still too much time left before the release date. You may also feel cheated or frustrated, so when we launch a deal with availability 4 weeks ahead we will try to make the price on the main page for the closest date, with both the highest availability and the lowest price.
Bear in mind that prices are set by the accommodations depending on the dates, so it is possible that in some periods it may be cheaper than the price shown on our main page and in others it may be higher.
Finally, remember that if you want to see the exact price for the dates of your choice, you can also use the deal finder on our homepage. This will give you the exact price per person for the days you want to travel.
3.13. Why are there deals that don't include the hotel name?
Our holiday suppliers send us great deals that include hotels 'to be confirmed', i.e. without specifying the name of the hotel in the holiday description. This may occur in the case of a secret hotel or in the case that several hotels are included in the deal. If the deal is for a tour holiday that includes different stops, there may also be several hotels available.
3.13.1 Secret Hotel
This is when we offer a deal in which the holiday supplier has told us not to mention the name of the hotel, either because of hotel restrictions or for other reasons that are not in the supplier's interest. Some of them allow us to show photos, others do not, but in any case we will always show the category of the hotel and the destination. In any case, we will always inform you of the name of the hotel 7 days prior to your departure date.
3.13.2 A deal includes multiple hotels
In some cases, a holiday deal includes a stay in one of different hotels, and until about 7 days prior to your travel date, the name of the hotel cannot be confirmed for availability reasons,.
For our holiday suppliers, this is a great option, as it gives them greater flexibility in terms of availability, and for our customers, it means the opportunity to get a huge discount that would otherwise not be possible for that hotel.
3.13.2 A tour holiday
On destinations, which are subject to a travel route with different destinations, cities and activities within the same country or community, we may state that you will be staying in different hotels or sometimes we will only provide the category of the hotel. This is the case when our suppliers do not exactly know yet what availability there will be and because of flexibility, cannot assign the hotel until 7 days prior to departure, at which point you will have detailed information about the hotels you will be staying in during your tour.
This also allows us to have exclusive tours at a bargain price that otherwise would not be possible.
3.14. What types of board basis do we offer and what do they include?
- Room Only: this offer includes your stay at the accommodation, without any meal plan.
- Bed and Breakfast: this offer includes bed and breakfast for the entire holiday.
- Half Board: this offer includes your stay at the accommodation and breakfast and dinner. If you wish to change dinner for lunch, you must let us know before travelling through our contact section, and if the accommodation allows it, we will let you know.
- Full Board: this offer includes your stay at the accommodation as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- All-Inclusive: the deal includes food and drinks during your stay at the accommodation. You can check its terms and conditions in the description of that hotel deal.
3.15. If a hotel deal has a special discount for children, is the hotel board basis still included?

4.9. What is the booking ID or locator?
The booking ID is a number we use to identify your booking.
Where can you find it? Easy: once you have made your booking, we will e-mail you with all the details. You will find the booking ID number right at the top of this e-mail.

Jump2spain.com complies with all the security features of an online travel agency to ensure that your data is completely protected, and your booking is made with the utmost security and trustworthiness.
We use a secure payment gateway, so your credit card details are 100% safeguarded, and we cannot access them under any circumstances. You can complete your booking using any of the major credit card, other than American Express.
4.11. I just entered my credit card details, when is my payment processed?
All bookings made by credit card will be paid for immediately and a confirmation of payment will be sent to the provided e-mail address. At that moment, your booking will be considered paid.
In the case of a partial payment, the amount displayed will be charged immediately, and the outstanding balance must be paid before departure (a specific deadline will be indicated at the time of booking). If the amount is not paid in full within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
4.12. Can I confirm a booking by paying a small deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes. In some situations, especially when booking well in advance, it may be possible to pay in instalments. You can pay just a minimum amount at the time of booking and pay the outstanding balance in amounts of your choice, up to a few days before departure.
Please make sure that the outstanding balance is paid before this deadline, or your booking may be cancelled.
If your deal includes other types of extras such as transportation (flight, bus, train, etc.), you will be required to pay the full amount to confirm the booking.
5.- Jump2spain.com booking process
5.1. After confirming my booking, what document do I have to print?
Once you have paid for your booking in full, we will send you the confirmation voucher, which you will have to show at your accommodation to make use of the services booked on Jump2spain.com.
You will receive an E-mail with your confirmation voucher. Please note that if your hotel deal includes any additional activities, you will need to print the document once for each of the services included (accommodation, boat trips, thermal centres, etc.).
It is very important not to get confused when printing it, as this is the only email that confirms which services you have contracted with Jump2spain.com and gives you the right to use them.

5.2. How do I know if my booking with Jump2spain.com is confirmed?
You will receive an e-mail with the subject "Booking Confirmation". If your hotel deal includes extras that require confirmation with our holiday supplier such as tickets to a theme park, water park, or any other activity, our Customer Service will make sure to send you all your holiday vouchers via E-mail.
If you register on Jump2spain.com, you'll have direct access to your bookings panel and be able to easily download your confirmation voucher.
5.3. When will I receive my holiday vouchers?
Once we have received the payment for your booking, you will receive your confirmation voucher via E-mail.
If you've decided to pay your booking in installments, you'll receive your holiday voucher as soon as you have completed the payment.
5.4. How can I amend my booking?
You can request to amend your hotel deal through our contact section. For security reasons, you will have to contact us using the same E-mail address that appears on your booking.
It is not possible to make changes to your booking over the telephone, you will have to request any changes to your booking in writing.
5.5. Is there a cost to amend my booking?
If you haven't paid for your booking, you won't have to pay a fee to change your booking.
On the other hand, if you have already paid for your booking, our Customer Service may apply an admin fee. Please check our Terms & Conditions regarding booking amendments.
5.6. How can I cancel my booking?
You can request the cancellation of your booking through our contact section. For security reasons you will be asked to enter the same E-mail address that appears on your booking.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel a booking over the phone, as we will always need to receive the request in writing.
5.7. Is there a cost to cancel my booking?
During the booking process you can check the cancellation policy of the hotel you are going to book. You will see that in most of our hotel deals, the cancellation policy is super flexible and you can cancel your booking free of charge up to a few days before your holiday.

6.- During my holiday
6.1. What vouchers do I need to take to the hotel?
To check in to the hotel / apartment you've booked on Jump2spain.com, you will need to hand in a copy of your confirmation voucher and show your ID / Passport.
Some hotel offers don't require printing a copy of you voucher, so you will only have to download a copy onto your phone / tablet.
6.2. Why do many hotels ask for a credit card as a guarantee?
6.3. Where can I find the hotel's telephone number and/or address?
You will find all the relevant information regarding the hotel on your confirmation voucher.
The confirmation voucher will be included in your booking confirmation email. You can print it by clicking on the 'Print Voucher' button in that very same email. Please note that in the case of holiday deals that includes transportation, we will send you a second e-mail with your holiday vouchers.
6.4. Can I pay for other meals at the hotel?
If you do not find this option on our website, once you arrive at the accommodation you can change the type of board you have, always to a more complete one and paying the difference at destination. Please note that there are hotels that do not offer lunch or dinner. Therefore, we recommend that before travelling, call the accommodation and make sure if it offers the diet you want.

7.1. Can I get an invoice for my holiday?
