5.4 Sandra Travelled with family September 2024 Ubicación excelente. El parque de toboganes y piscinas está muy bien. Habitaciones amplias. El buffet y las instalaciones dentro del hotel. Buffet muy pequeño y falta de cosas básicas (el domingo no tenían pan normal, el lunes no había mermelada de fresa en el desayuno...). El lunes tuvimos que desayunar en un comedor alejado del buffet...un rollo tener que dar tanto paseo para coger las cosas. Encima estaba sola con un niño de 5 años y cuando llegue a la mesa después de haber puesto los colacaos, zumos y bollería (estábamos tostando el pan) me encuentro que habían recogido todo antes de que empezaremos a desayunar. También la obligatoriedad a coger los vasos por 1€, no te lo dicen en el check in y en las piscinas te ofrecen vasos de papel, pero ir con Todo Incluido y negarse a servirte un zumo para un niño en el bar del hotel, porque no has dejado la consigna de 1€ y su política les "obliga" a usar vasos de plástico me parece nefasto y un trato al cliente negligente, cuando tú pagas para despreocuparte por cosas como está. 9.1 Yris Travelled with family August 2024 Buen trato del personal. 6.9 Daniel Travelled with family August 2024 Lo mejor es la habitación con PS5 y poder tener el parque acuático al lado. Por suerte en el parque no había muchas colas y el servicio de bar está bien con el todo incluido ya que a parte de las bebidas, habían hamburguesas o frankfurts con patatas. Los niños disfrutaron mucho. Lo peor es la comida. Al ser todo incluido, era todo comida tipo buffet y muchas veces no había suficiente comida (por ejemplo el jamón se acaba y no lo reponen). También había problemas con: el que hacia huevos fritos iba lento y había mucha cola, pedimos queso rayado y aun estoy esperando a que me lo traigan, al haber niños es raro que nunca había ni croquetas ni pizza, Hay personal majo pero hay bastantes que van con cara de agobiados y nunca sonríen, y les escuchas quejarse lo cual no es agradable. 10 Olga Travelled with family August 2024 Nos ha encantado todo!! Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y perfectas. Camas muy cómodas y la decoración muy cuidada. Aunque hay algunas zonas comunes menos cuidadas, por la relación calidad-precio se compensa. Todo el personal con el que contactamos fue muy amable. Especialmente David, el animador responsable de los videojuegos de la planta 0. Un encanto como profesional. En el buffet al tener variedad siempre puedes elegir lo que más te gusta. Pudimos visitar el Hotel Fantasy. Muy bonita la terraza de la azotea y la zona de ludoteca. Y el Hotel Sport muy buena la zona del parque acuático, la decoración y los espectáculos nocturnos. Sólo pudimos visitar el Parque acuático Splash por nuestra tarifa y también muy bien. Muy cuidado y variedad de toboganes.
