el hotel en si, no esta nada mal.
We have not had hot water for the shower, we have claimed several times and then we had hot water in the afternoon. in the morning we have not had any day. so I had to shower with cold. The toilet roll holder was loose and half fallen down. The phone to call the reception did not work. A bit far from the beach.
No hemos ternido agua caliente para la ducha, hemos reclamado varias veces y luego teniamos agua caliente por la tarde. por la mañana no hemos tenido ningun dia. o sea me he tenido que duchar con fria. Lo del portarrollo estaba suelto y medio caido. El Tel. para llamar a recepcion no funcionaba. Un poco alejado de la playa.

The hotel rules are not followed. many tourists with small children occupying the two swimming pools. the pools are too small for so many people and on top of that they leave balls and floats for the children. therefore, there is almost no space to swim. they smoke in the hammock area of the pool and the guard does not say anything. the cleaning of the rooms has been horrible. The sheets were not changed in the five days we were there. the cleaning of the room consisted of making your beds and changing towels. Impossible to take a deck chair in the pool because there are towels on since 12:00 at night, when one of the rules of the hotel is that it is forbidden.
habitaciones para reformar. las normas del hotel no se cumplen. muchos guiris con niños pequeños ocupando las dos piscinas que hay. las piscinas son muy pequeñas para tanta gente y encima dejan pelotas y flotadores para los niños. por lo tanto, no hay espacio casi para bañarse. fuman en la zona de hamacas de la piscina y el vigilante no dice nada. la limpieza de las habitaciones ha sido horrorosa. Las sábanas no se cambian en cinco días que estuvimos . la limpieza de la habitación consiste en hacerte las camas y cambiártelas toallas. barrer nada. Imposible coger amaca en la piscina porque hay toallas puestas desde las 12:00 de la noche, cuando una de las normas del Hotel es que está prohibido.

 10 Aleksandr Travelled with  friends August 2024 1. Lunch. 2. We had accommodation with breakfast and dinner, but we wanted to spend the whole afternoon in PortAventura. I am very grateful to the receptionist, because he let us change dinner for lunch the next day, even though we were already checking out that day. 3. The children were able to enjoy the pool almost all day after checkout. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
1. Comida. 2. Teniamos alojamiento con desayuno y cena, pero quisimos pasar toda la tarde en PortAventura. Agradezco mucho al recepcionista, porque nos dejo cambiar la cena por comida del dia siguiente, y eso que ya hacíamos el checkout ese día. 3. Los niños pudieron disfrutar de la piscina casi todo el dia ya despues del checkout. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.
