About the accommodation

The htop Royal Star & Spa 4* hotel is located in the tourist town of Lloret de Mar, on the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

The hotel has 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bar-cafeteria service and restaurant where they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For the summer season they have: a terrace with sun loungers where you can find the outdoor pool and entertainment for adults and children, great!

4.9 Cristina Travelled with  friends September 2024 No estaba mal , pero nos lo an vendido como un 4 estrellas y no es para nada un 4 estellas Se asemeja a un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas , el servicio en recepción la chica que nos atendió no tenía idea de nada , las habitaciones eran de papel se escuchaba roncar al de al lado , luego mucho alboroto con grupos de chavales chillando y con música en las habitaciones y se escuchaba todo , el hotel se cae a cachitos , la comida bueno .. no tiene mucha variedad y no es de muy buena calidad ,, la ubicación está un pelín retirado del centro pero para mí mejor , la señora de la limpieza nos abría cada día a las 9 de la mañana entrando a la habitación y echándonos de la habitación para poder limpiar ella , bueno la verdad que nos engañaron bastante por vendernos un hotel con fotos bastante engañosas , y venderlo como 4 estrellas cuando debería ser de 2 o como mucho 3 , deberían hacerle una reforma bastante importante y el tema de buffet mejorarlo y a poder ser poner a gente que sea un poco más cualificada para trabajar , porque no explicaban nada . Somewhat outdated facilities in general. Very bad acoustic insulation in the rooms, paper walls. As a vegetarian family, we would have liked more information on the buffet signs as there were many products that did not say that it had and it was very tiresome to be asking the staff for everything.
