Toda la estancia ha sido increíble, x la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama, la atención del personal impecable desde el minuto 1 hasta el último minuto de la estancia. Destacar la atención, el agrado y la amabilidad De Francisco, un chico encantador y un Gran profesional, aunque en general TODOS los trabajadores han sido de 10. Sin duda volveremos, a repetir xk hemos estado como en casa. No nos ha gustado tener k irnos Excellent

A título particular no puedo dejar de mencionar la gestión que me hicieron los dos recepcionistas resolviendonos un inconveniente causado por no advertir que tengo apnea del sueño y necesito levantar un poco el colchón en la parte de arriba. La habitación que nos correspondió tenía cama de matrimonio y es incompatible con mi problema, en un par de minutos me solucionaron el problema y me cambiaron a una que tenía dos camas individuales unidas que es justo lo que necesitabamos. Nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa de ahí que quiera resaltarlo y agradecerles la gestión. Gracias por todo y seguro volveremos a vernos. Un saludo a tod@s los empleados, y reitero las GRACIAS La "cuestecita" que hay para llegar al hotel Excellent
