Hotel Riu Lupita 5* (All Inclusive) is located on the Yucatan Peninsula and 2km from Playa del Carmen, surrounded by lush vegetation and offers guests a wide range of quality services.

The hotel is surrounded by wonderful tropical gardens for guests to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The hotel has 24-hour reception, 3 varied restaurants, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, entertainment for children and adults, tennis court, ping-pong tables and a Beach Club.

The hotel is not located right on the beach, but it does have its own Beach Club on the nearest beach. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach from 07:30h to 18:30h.

Cogimos una oferta y fuimos a este Riu sabiendo que no estaba en primera línea de playa. La verdad es que con el servicio de autobús cada media hora ida y vuelta y el beach club donde tienes comida tipo snacks y una piscina aceptable hemos estado genial. Íbamos por la mañana y volvíamos a la tarde, ya para cenar en el hotel. Hemos ido en familia y hemos estado muy bien. Había otras familias como nosotros. El servicio ha sido muy bueno tanto en los comedores como en las habitaciones y el entretenimiento. To put something negative, which is also not so because we already knew it, is that the hotel is not next to the beach. In its defense I also have to say that every half hour you have a bus that takes you to and picks you up from the beach.

 9.1 Ana Travelled with family July 2024 Personal excepcional,La verdad que son muy agradables todos ,Sergio en el bar de la playa , el mejor , rápido y majísimo , siempre con un trato excepcional,pendiente de todo , difícil destacar de tanta gente amable en los bares , pero el mejor sin duda, De animación todos genial igualmente, y José el mejor , con aquagim a tope de energía y buen rollo ,destaca , q ya es difícil.pero son todos excepcionales. La comida muy abundante , variada , hay algo a todas horas y además hay para cenar 4 opciones , el bufete general que tiene mucho, uno de carne q hay q reservar,un mexicano y un italiano . Habitación limpia, siempre la dejan genial. La playa muy bien y hay en ella piscina y bar q tiene para poder comer , eso sí hay q coger bus q pone el hotel cada media hora. Bus deja cerca de la quinta avenida . Volveríamos sin duda. No los hicieron mucho caso al llegar en recepción, no nos contaron nada , miré comentarios por suerte y supe muchas cosas . Echamos de menos un bar con aire para tomar algo al fresco,en los q son al aire libre solo hay el del buffet y cierra de 3 a 7 y a partir de las 7 y además realmente es para comer el resto del tiempo , no sabéis el calor q hace. La playa no está en el hotel , a nosotros no nos importa , pero es algo q dificulta ir,sobre todo porque a las 6:45 es el ultimo para volver,lo bueno es q te puede dejar cerca quinta avenida y tiene su bar allí y piscina. Las piscinas tienen el agua muy caliente. Entran cucarachas y bichos ,alguna vez ,o al limpiar o por debajo de la puerta., normal al ser campo.
