Todos se desviven por hacerte una estancia agradable y te ayudan en todo lo que preguntes para visitar por la zona. Recomendable al 100%. Un pequeño pero, el precio de la bebida en la cena

Parking en frente del hotel gratis, por lo menos en verano. Desayuno y cena, correctos. Personal amable, sobre todo Alejandro, un encanto. El wifi, en la sexta planta , no llega.

El Personal muy atento, y amable. No hay Aire acondicionado, según que horas hace calor

El personal muy amable, tanto de recepción como de restaurante.La ubicación esta bien, necesitas vehiculo para moverte por Andorra. Las cenas tipo menu eran variadas y los platos abundantes.

We did not like the bathtub in the bathroom, we were in the attic in a room with 2 rooms for 4 people and you could not stand in the bathtub because of the sloping ceiling. Very uncomfortable. Little space for clothes.

No nos ha gustado la bañera del baño, estábamos en el ático en una habitacion con 2 estancias para 4 personas y no podías estar de pie en la bañera por tener el techo abuhardillado. Muy incomodo. Poco espacio para la ropa.

8.3 Ainhoa Travelled with couple August 2024 La ubicación excelente. El trato del personal. Y la ducha, espectacular. Nos tocó una habitación con vistas al río y las montañas. Justo enfrente del telecabina de Arinsal y con una parada de bus que en 20 minutos estás en pleno centro de Andorra la Vella. Repetiremos. Pedimos que nos hicieran la habitación y al final nos tuvimos que hacer la cama nosotros para poder dormir. El servicio de limpieza para las habitaciones, lo tendrían que controlar un poquito más.
