About the accommodation

Located in the tourist town of Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona Coast), in the province of Barcelona. At 300 meters you will find the beach and the promenade where you can enjoy the wide range of leisure activities in Malgrat.

The Luna Park Hotel & Spa 3 * has 24 hour reception, air conditioning, heating, free wifi, several outdoor pools for the summer season, bar-cafeteria and restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.

The rooms are equipped with double bed or twin beds, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi connection, safe (for a fee) and balcony. They also have a fully-equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer and some amenities.

We recommend you to visit the town of Blanes (4,5Kms away, being already in the province of Girona). We also recommend you to enjoy the beautiful and nice beaches of the Costa Brava and other towns such as: Lloret de Mar, Canyelles or Tossa de Mar.

 9.7 Celia July 2024 I loved the hotel. Excellent service, very good and varied food. The "slow travel" activities were great, with very professional instructors. The staff was very friendly. I would repeat the stay without hesitation.

 8.3 Izaskun Travelled with couple July 2024 Hotel in good condition, with good facilities. Buffet varied in both breakfast and dinner and with tasty food. For parking the whole area around the hotel does not have OTA, so it is not worth paying the hotel parking.
Hotel en buenas condiciones, con buenas instalaciones. Buffet variado tanto en desayuno como cena y con comida rica. Para aparcar toda la zona de alrededor del hotel no tiene OTA, por lo que no merece pagar el parking del hotel.

To highlight the wide variety of activities offered by the hotel without extras, different types of yoga, meditation, tai chi, chi kung ..... with good professionals. On the other hand, the resort offers tranquility; the adult area with pool, Balinese (15€ per day) and sun loungers, ideal, there were always enough sun loungers; the food very good, led by a great chef, a young man passionate about cooking, you could see that talent in his dishes and desserts; very simple and small but very clean rooms, with comfortable mattresses without separation and with spacious balcony. The staff was well chosen.
Una experiencia agradable. Destacar la gran variedad de actividades q ofrece el hotel sin extras, diferentes tipos de yoga, meditación, tai chi, chi kung.....con buenos profesionales. Por otro lado, el resort ofrece tranquilidad,; la zona de adultos con piscina , balinesas (15€ por dia)y tumbonas , ideal, siempre había tumbonas suficientes; la comida muy buena, llevada por un gran cheff, un joven apasionado por la cocina, se notaba ese talento en sus platos y postres; habitaciones muy sencillas y pequeñas pero muy limpias, con colchones cómodos sin separación y con espacioso balcón. El personal bien escogido.
The hotel chef, spectacular, but the dinner grill corner does not do justice, only a hamburger one night and another, black pudding and sausage, no fish or other meat better chosen. On the other hand, the breakfast plate, spectacular, and the guy responsible for breakfast, a professional. The soundproofing was also a problem, there were two nights when I could not sleep due to the neighbor's conversations at night. It is contradictory that in a slow travel hotel you can not rest at night.
El cocinero del hotel, espectacular, pero el rincón de la plancha de la cena no le hace justicia, solo alguna hamburguesa una noche y otra, morcilla y chorizo, nada de pescado u otro tipo de carne mejor escogida. En cambio , la plancha de los desayunos, espectacular, y el chico responsable de los desayunos , todo un profesional. Tb el tema de la insonorizazión, hubo dos noches q no pude dormir debido a conversaciones nocturnas de la vecina. Es contradictorio q en un hotel slow travel no se pueda descansar por las noches.
