I didn't like the fact that the check-in time is at 3 pm and the check-out time is at 12 noon the next day. They should let you enter at the same time you leave.

10 Pablo February 2025 We had a small problem with the reservation because my girlfriend's grandfather passed away the day we were going to stay and we were able to modify the reservation with the help of buscochollo and the hotel itself. I only have words of thanks. Other than that: Spectacular views from our room, charming staff, food to measure (gluten free), spacious and clean rooms, price for any pocket, an unbeatable getaway, once again, thank you very much?

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reserva ya que el abuelo de mi novia fallecio el dia que nos ibamos a alojar y sin problema pudimos modificar la reserva con la ayuda tanto de buscochollo como la del propio hotel. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. 8.3 Susan Travelled with couple September 2024 We liked the friendliness of all the staff, without exception, as well as the tranquility of the hotel and the surrounding area. On the Saturday of our stay there was a wedding of 170 guests, which lasted late into the night, but no noise could be heard in the rest of the hotel.

We would have preferred a buffet dinner instead of served at the table, because there were only 3 options to choose from and sometimes we didn't really like what was there. However, the food was quite good. Another unimportant thing.....the background music played in the lounges and dining room was always the same style, and to our taste, very monotonous.

Hubiéramos preferido una cena buffet en vez de servida en la mesa, porque solo había 3 opciones para elegir y a veces no nos gustaba mucho lo que había. Sin embargo, la comida era bastante buena. Otra cosa sin importancia…..la música de fondo que se escuchaba en los salones y el comedor era siempre del mismo estilo, y para nuestro gusto, muy monótona.
