Nada solo el personal que era amable.

A whole discotheque that makes one of the wings of the hotel completely rumble. We had to change rooms twice, once in the middle of the night. While we were having dinner they let people in to take food in tupperware, which is fine instead of throwing the food away, but they should do it at a time when the customers have finished. The area is clear with people shouting at the wee hours of the morning drunk. The worst hotel I have ever stayed and that I have contracted with you. We were looking forward to going home.

Una discoteca entera que hace retumbar una de las alas del hotel por completo. Tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitación, una de ellas en plena madrugada. Mientras cenábamos dejaron pasar a gente a coger comida en tuppers , cosa qua esta muy bien en vez de tirar la comida, pero deberían hacerlo en horario que los clientes hayan acabado. Además la zona claro con gente gritando a mas tantas de la madrugada borracha. El peor hotel que he estado y que haya contratado con ustedes. Estábamos deseando volver a casa.

8.3 Sonia Travelled with family September 2024 All great the staff very friendly, the only drawback to say something that the train track is in front of the hotel and sometimes you could hear the noise and also below there is a nightclub. The rest everything was great.

The rooms are not isolated at all and you can hear absolutely everything. From the people staying in adjoining rooms, to the daily music coming from outside the hotel. The breakfast was not very varied and very focused on tourists.

The rooms were a bit neglected, a bedside table was missing in the room and the wall was falling apart and the ceiling was raised. The bathroom was great and new and recently renovated.
