The Hotel California Palace 4 * is located in the center of Salou, in one of the quietest areas of the capital of the Costa Dorada, in the province of Tarragona.

The accommodation has a 24-hour reception, so you can be attended whenever you need it, free wifi, air conditioning and heating and indoor car park (fee).

You can relax sunbathing on the sun terrace and take a dip in the outdoor pool, great! The accommodation also has a spa area (for a fee) so you can take advantage of your stay to unwind from the routine, in the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath. They also have a gym (for a fee) so you can continue training even on your holiday ;-)

-There was another girl at the reception quite rude. The rooms were very old-fashioned, the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable, and the beds were as hard as a cigarette paper. -The buffet of the hotel was very poor, always the same food, there was a lot of sausage and very little prepared food and of low level. The truth is that the buffet is very disappointing. -The spa does not seem right to me that it is paid since it is a 4 star hotel and I did not see it cheap, it should be included in the price you pay. -I was locked twice in the bathroom because the door could not be opened from the inside, it could only be opened from the outside because it was broken. -The buffet room is very small, the tables are so close together that you can't even pass, you feel cornered. -I had already read bad comments about this hotel and now I understand why, it is not worth it at all for what it is. I do not recommend it at all because my intention was to spend a relaxing weekend, to rest and be comfortable and what I got was a tremendous pain in the back of the mattress and not being able to rest at all.

-habia otra chica de recepción bastante borde -las habitaciones muy anticuadas,las camas super duras y muy incomodas,almuadas como papel de fumar -El buffer del hotel super pobre , siempre la misma comida , habia bastante embutido y comida preparada muy poca y de bajo nivel La verdad es que el buffet disilusiona bastante -el spa no me parece bien que sea de pago ya que es un hotel de 4 estrellas y no lo vi barato deberia de entrar ya todo en el precio que pagas -Me quede dos veces encerrada en el baño ya que la puerta por dentro no se podia habrir solo se podia abrir desde fuera por que estaba rota -la sala del buffet muy pequeña mesas muy juntas que no se puede ni pasar , te sientes muy acorralado. -Ya habia leido malos comentarios de este hotel y ahora entiendo por que , no merece para nada la pena para lo que es. No lo recomiendo para nada por que mi intencion era pasar un finde de relax , poder descansar y estar agusto y lo que e obtenido a sido un dolor en la espalda tremendo del colchon y no poder descansar nada
