Tardamos media hora en hacer el check-in por desorganización entre el personal de la recepción, ya que no les constaban las reservas que venían de Buscaunchollo y éramos más de una reserva con esa casuística. Tras una espera de unos 20 minutos, nos asignaron una habitación que al entrar estaba sin limpiar. Tuvimos que bajar a recepción y reclamar esto último.
