It said check in was at 16:00, we arrived at 13:00 and they gave us the room without any problem.
Decía que el check in era a las 16:00, llegamos a las 13:00 y nos dieron la habitación sin problema
It is quite far away from everything, the food at breakfast is not varied at all, the bathroom needed a good cleaning and I think there are many things that could be improved.
Está bastante retirado de todo, la comida en el desayuno para nada variada, al baño le hacía falta una buena limpieza y creo que hay muchas cosas que pueden mejorar

I loved the whole hotel, I would surely repeat on occasion is beautiful.

The spa is a bit poor for what the hotel offers, and it was a bit messy at check-in, otherwise everything was great.
El spa , es un poco pobre para lo k ofrece el hotel a parte era un poco desordenado a la hora de hacer el checkin x lo demás todo estupendo

The hotel is beautiful, all inclusive is not real because of the timetable and lack of service, drinks and food, zero snacking.
El hotel precioso, todo incluido no es real por horario y escasez de servicio,bebida y comida, picoteo cero
The room was not cleaned one day.

The room was quite comfortable, the buffet very good, the staff very friendly. Special mention to the man in charge of the transfer to the beach, I think his name is Miguel. A sun of a man. The hotel was quite quiet and not crowded, very nice not to have to wait for anything.
La habitación bastante cómoda, el buffet muy bueno, los trabajadores muy amables. Mención especial al señor que se encarga del tranfer a la playa, creo que se llama Miguel. Un sol de hombre. El hotel estaba bastante tranquilo y nada masificado, muy agradable no tener que esperar para nada.
The entertainment this year was very fair...not because of the entertainers, but rather because of the means available. Last year we went on a weekend and on Saturday there was a party with inflatables, castles, inflatable slides, etc ... a cool thing. This year they had floats and balls in the pool.... And on the other hand, last year we had a room overlooking the pool, and this year, having free rooms with those views, they put us in one overlooking the mountain. If there was availability, which there was, they should offer the best, right?
La animación este año muy justa...no por los animadores, si no más bien por los medios de los que disponían. El año pasado fuimos un finde y el sábado hubo fiesta de hinchables, pusieron castillos, toboganes hinchables, etc .. una chulada. Este año sacaron flotadores y pelotas a la piscina... Y por otro lado, el año pasado nos tocó habitación con vistas a la piscina, y este año, habiendo libres con esas vistas, nos pusieron en una mirando a la montaña. De haber disponibilidad, que la había, deberian ofrecer lo mejor, no?

The staff is excellent, they are great at their job. The buffet food, although there is not much variety, is delicious.
El personal excelente, se portan genial en su trabajo. La comida del buffet, aunque no hay mucha variedad está rica.
There is almost no animation, regular cleaning, lack of maintenance, the all-inclusive service is very repetitive and lacks variety.
No hay casi animación, limpieza regular, falta mantenimiento, el todo incluido muy repetido y poca variedad

The hotel is located in a residential area where it is almost impossible to park, so you are forced to use the parking lot 15€ per day.
El hotel esta ubicampliacado en una zona residencial donde es casi imposible aparcar, por lo que te obligado a usar el parking 15€ el dia.

The food, the rice dishes are very good. There is no great variety but it is true that every day there is meat, fish, pasta, vegetables ... there is a choice.
The staff in general is friendly, Cristian, Fer, Esther, the concierge: Miguel, the lifeguard.
The strong point is the pool but they don't clean the sunbeds.
La comida, los arroces están muy buenos. No hay gran variedad pero es cierto q todos los días hay carne,pescado, pasta, verduras...hay donde elegir.
El personal en general es amable, Cristian,Fer, Esther, el conserje: Miguel, el socorrista.
El punto fuerte es la piscina pero no limpian las hamacas
Cleanliness is fair, if not nil, the carpet should be reviewed and removed.
The bathtub is very high and it is difficult to get out of it and to take a shower is "mission impossible", or you freeze or get scorched, even if you try to get the right temperature, suddenly comes out freezing or very hot. This is doubly complicated with children.
The chairs on the terrace of the room are dirty and moldy.
The animation is conspicuous by its absence, it is scarce, they should at least play music in the afternoon to encourage people.
On Saturday at 1 pm there were no snacks at the pool bar...the pool bathrooms were dirty and full of water.
It's not a 4 star superior at all. Let's leave it at 3.
Limpieza justa,por no decir nula, lo de la moqueta deberían de revisarlo y quitarla.
La bañera esta muy alta y es complicado salir de ella y poder darte una ducha es " misión imposible", o te congelas o te achicharras, aunque intentes conseguir la temperatura adecuada,de repente sale helada o bien muy caliente. Esto con niños es doblemente complicado.
Las sillas de la terraza de la habitación están sucias y con moho.
La animación brilla por su ausencia, es escasa, deberían de al menos poner música por la tarde para animar a la gente.
El sábado a la 1 de la tarde no había snacks en el bar de la piscina...los baños de la piscina sucios y llenos de agua.
De 4 estrellas superior no tiene nada. Dejémoslo en 3.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and the stay was great. We were traveling with a 3 year old child and a 3 month old baby.
The rooms are spacious, a crib and an extra bed fit in the rooms and had a fridge. Very comfortable in general. The cleanliness was very good, and the cleaners were also very friendly.
As for the hotel facilities, the swimming pool is very spacious, with shade and good entertainment for children and adults.
Regarding the food, we were in half board and generally well. To put a downside, dinner was a bit repetitive, although there was always a variety of vegetables, meat and fish to choose from.
In short, a very good experience.
Hemos pasado 5 noches en el hotel y la estancia ha sido estupenda. Viajábamos con un niños de 3 años y un bebé de 3 meses
Las habitaciones son amplias, entraba una cuna y una cama supletorias habitaciones tenían nevera. Muy cómodas en general. La limpieza muy bien , siendo las limpiadoras además muy amables.
En cuanto a las instalaciones de hotel, la piscina muy amplia, con sombra y buena animación, para niños y adultos.
Respecto a la comida, nosotros estuvimos en media pensión y en general bien. Por poner una pega, era un poco repetitiva la cena , aunque había siempre para elegir variedad de verdura, carne y pescado.
En resumen , una muy buena experiencia
