Very good 9.7 Roser Travelled with couple December 2021 Staff very nice and attentive. We spilled a glass of water while eating, and we didn't have time to let them know that they were already helping us clean the table so we wouldn't get wet. Small details that say a lot about the staff. The spa is very cozy and with a very pleasant temperature. We liked it so much that we will not hesitate to return, they also accept pets, so we were able to take our chihuahua, which they let in almost all the hotel facilities. Quality/price a 10.
Personal muy agradable y atento. Se nos derramó un vaso de agua comiendo, y no nos dio tiempo a avisar que ya nos estaban ayudando a limpiar la mesa para que no nos mojáramos. Pequeños detalles que dicen mucho del personal. El spa muy acogedor y con una temperatura muy agradable. Nos ha gustado tanto que no dudaremos en volver, a demás aceptan mascotas, por lo que pudimos llevar a nuestro chihuahua al cual dejaban entrar en casi todas las instalaciones del hotel. Calidad/precio un 10.

The spa, a disaster, full of people, does not have a single changing room to get dressed, so you dress as you can in the middle of the people, because there is a toilet that the door does not close, the showers are without doors and one does not It treats the water well, so it was a puddle. There are no water outlets, or if there are, they don't work because the entire spa was a small puddle. The access to the jacuzzi lacks a handrail to enter, since it does not have internal stairs. The day I went (because I didn't want to repeat it) the pool was dark. The spa needs a bit of maintenance.
El spa, un desastre, lleno de gente, no tiene ni un solo vestuario para vestirse, por lo que te vistes como puedes en medio de la gente, pues hay un wc que la puerta no cierra, las duchas son sin puertas y una no trata bien el agua, por lo que era un charco .No hay salidas de agua, o si las hay no funcionan pues todo el spa era un pequeño charco. Al acceso del jacuzzi le falta una barandilla para entrar, ya que no dispone de escaleras interiores. El día que fui yo ( pues se me quitaron las ganas de repetir) la piscina estaba a oscuras. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al spa .
