8.6 Eufrasio Travelled with couple September 2024 Todo nos ha gustado , ubicación , aparcamiento , personal , habitación , limpieza , servicios , piscina , amabilidad , etc Lo único que nos ha defraudado mucho ha sido la comida ( desayuno , comida y cena ) a lo mejor ha sido porque al ser un hotel de 5 estrellas , esperábamos que la comida fuera en esa línea , poca calidad ( sobré todo el pescado , carne ) , poca variedad , calidad bastante mejorable , muy repetida todos los días igual , yo he estado en hoteles del IMSERSO , con menos estrellas y tenía mejor buffet , creo que deben intentar mejorar 5.3 Navid Travelled with family August 2024 La piscinas y aparcamientos El desayuno comida y cena para un 5 estrellas muy corto Luego nos plantan una cama en medio del dormitorio. The buffet had little variety but acceptable quality for a buffet. The breakfast was very complete. The waiters were very busy, making it difficult to order drinks, but otherwise a quiet atmosphere and pleasant surroundings. The two nights we have been there we have enjoyed live concerts while dining on the terrace. There is no entertainment, only shows or evening concerts and a mini-club, but the girl who ran it got hurt and we could not benefit from it, however children have plenty of space to play with each other and enjoy getting to know each other and playing freely in the large garden. Another strong point is that if you prefer slides and animation, ask at reception and they take you to a hotel of the same chain which is a 10 minute walk away.
Hotel con zona exterior muy relajante, con piscina. El buffet tenia poca variedad pero calidad aceptable para ser un buffet. El desayuno muy completo. Los camareros muy ocupados, resultando diffícil pedirles bebidas, pero por lo demás ambiente tranquilo y entorno agradable. Las dos noches que hemos estado hemos disfrutado de conciertos en directo mientras cenabamos en la terraza. No existe animación, solo espectaculos o conciertos nocturnos y un miniclub, pero la chica que lo llevaba se lastimo y no pudimos beneficiarnos de este, sin embargo los niños tienen mucho espacio donde jugar entre ellos y disfrutan mucho conociendose y jugando libremente por el amplio jardin. Otro punto fuerte es que si prefieres toboganes y animación preguntas en recepción y te llevan a un hotel de la misma cadena que está a 10 minutos andando.
The absence of receptionist on arrival, having to take our phone at the reception another employee to provide it and let us know on arrival, warning us at 14:45, when we arrived at 13:00 hours. The cleanliness of the rooms is not very thorough and the quadruple room consists of a single bed and a somewhat sagging sofa bed in addition to the main bed. The receptionists do not make much effort to satisfy the client in the face of the inconveniences that you can find in the hotel, being correct but not decisive.
La ausencia de recepcionista al llegar, teniendo que coger nuestro telefono en recepciòn otra empleada para facilitarselo y nos avisara al llegar, avisandonos a las 14:45, cuando llegamos a las 13:00 horas. La limpieza de las habitaciones no son muy profundas y la habitacion cuadruple consiste en una cama individual y un sofa cama algo hundido ademas de la cama principal. Los recepcionistas no se esfuerzan mucho por satisfacer al cliente frente a los inconveniente que te puedas encontrar en el hotel, siendo correctos pero no resolutivos.

 9.7 Nadia August 2024 The room is excellent, spacious, with a good sized terrace, definitely 10! The crib they left us was good, made of wood, and not the typical travel crib. We are very happy with all the services of the hotel.
La habitación es excelente, amplia, con terraza de buen tamaño, en definitiva de 10! La cuna que nos dejaron era buena , de madera, y no la típica cuna de viaje. Estamos muy contentos con todos los servicios del hotel.
To put a downside I can say that around the hotel there were many locals and restaurants closed. and this in August.
