The Hotel Dunas Mirador Maspalomas 3* is located in the tourist resort of Maspalomas, south of Gran Canaria, one of the islands of the Canary archipelago.

El servicio de habitación, el personal, el entretenimiento, la limpieza, la comida y la ubicación; todo muy bien. Sin duda es un ambiente muy bonito para compartir en familia y relajarte.

The last day at 12 noon we were attended by the receptionist Dany, who was very kind and told us about the hotel's courtesies. The bad thing was that in the afternoon he was no longer there and when we left we were attended by another receptionist, quite arrogant and rude. Every time that guy was at the front desk I preferred not to go near to ask anything. They should pay more attention to this guy because a bad weed can damage the good reputation of the hotel. They should definitely put more people like Dany and less like the other guy.

El último día a las 12 del medio día nos atendió el recepcionista Dany, el cual fue súper amable y nos indicó las cortesías que tenía el hotel. Lo malo fue que por la tarde ya no estaba él y al momento de marchar nos atendió otro recepcionista, bastante prepotente y poco educado. Cada vez que estaba ese chico en recepción prefería no acercarme a preguntar nada. Deberían de poner más atención a este chico ya que una mala hierva puede dañar la reputación tan buena del hotel. Sin duda deberían de poner más personas como Dany y menos como el otro chico.

9.4 Montse Travelled with couple June 2024 The hotel has all kinds of services and the spacious rooms all with balcony, fridge and coffee set. Friendly staff. Food is plentiful and plentiful, trays are replenished until the last hour of the meal service and the dining room staff is constantly cleaning and setting up new tables. Comida surtida y abundante, van reponiendo bandejas hasta última hora del servicio de comidas y el personal del comedor está continuamente limpiando y montando nuevas mesas. En el bar de la piscina hay self service durante casi todo el día y se pueden tomar refrescos, cócteles, agua, cafès i tes sin límite. La piscina es apta para niños y mayores. Dispone de una zona diferenciada para niños con mini club y piscina infantil. El hotel no está cerca de la playa pero tiene un servicio de bus gratuito a la playa de Maspalomas

The only drawback is that the rooms do not have air conditioning. They only have a ceiling fan. Although the rooms facing the pool have a penguin. We stayed in one of these in June and only used the fan but in July and August it must be very hot.

The room did not have air conditioning but it had a penguin. Although it makes noise you can sleep. The all inclusive was disappointing. The cocktails all slushy and very sugary, they only made them by pressing a button, the seven up did not taste like seven up on two occasions. Luckily the cava was not a button. The food was regular, with little flavor and seemed to me to be of low quality.
