Tuvimos un incidente con Iberia, hicieron un cambio de avión el dia anterior a la partida y nos cambiaron de asiento (pese haberlo pagado de antemano para que fuesen pasillos) a mi esposa y a mi. Los pague justo para que fuesen pasillos y la compañia aerea nos cambio a una ventanilla y un medio .. llamamos a servicio a clientes pero no resolvieron nada. La proxima no considedare ningun paquete si el vuelo es con Iberia. Excellent
