8.7 Marta Travelled with friends May 2024 Realmente muy buen hotel, fuimos a finales de mayo que aun los precios eran buenos y fue un acierto total (a parte del tiempo agradable y que Mallorca todavía no estaban tan masificada). Los camareros y en general recepcionistas y demás nos trataron de lujo, nos sentimos como en casa, ellos fueron lo mejor de lo mejor, y los espectaculos de cada noche eran muy divertidos. Las camas de las habitaciones increibles y tener 2 piscinas y acceso a una cala justo al lado de tu hotel es una pasada, el todo incluido por tema bebidas y demás merece mucho la pena. La verdad esque entre los 4 amigos que hemos ido lo que menos nos ha gustado es la comida... la verdad muy repetitiva, no hacian ninguna tematica al menos para cambiar un poco y las opciones que habian todos los dias que eran las mismas con pequeñas modificaciones no nos han acabado de gustar la verdad... Esperabamos mucho más del buffet. Very good

10 Pietro Travelled with couple May 2024 Very good value for money. The hotel is very good and the staff is unbeatable. The food is good quality and the facilities are very good. It has direct access to the beach and numerous hammocks.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel está muy bien y el personal inmejorable. La comida de calidad y las instalaciones muy buenas. Tiene acceso directo a la playa y numerosas hamacas.

The boat trip. This is the third time we have traveled with a similar package on Trasmed and the experience is very negative, especially because of the temperature inside the ship. Once may be a one time mistake, but the six trips have been very bad. Very, very cold in the cabins of the seats and, on some trips, even full, with people on the floor and all covered with warm clothes because of the low temperatures inside. This fact means that we will probably not buy a similar package again, as it does not compensate the good hotel with the terrible trip.

El viaje en barco. Es la tercera vez que viajamos con un paquete similar en Trasmed y la experiencia es muy negativa, especialmente por la temperatura del interior del barco. Una vez puede ser un error puntual, pero los seis trayectos han sido malísimos. Mucho, mucho frío en las cabinas de las butacas y, en algunos trayectos, incluso completas, con gente por el suelo y tapados todos con ropa de abrigo por las bajas temperaturas del interior. Este hecho hace que probablemente no volvamos a adquirir un paquete similar, ya que no compensa el buen hotel con el terrible viaje.

There is no refrigerator in the room. The facilities, especially room and elevators are in urgent need of renovation.
