The La Pleta apartments are located in a quiet area of Soldeu and a short walk to the Soldeu Ski Area.

Description of the Apartments and Studios:

Studio for 2 people: Living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (40 m2).
Apartment for 2 to 4 people (2-4): A double room, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (45 m2).
Apartment for 2 to 6 people (2-6) : Two double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (60 m2).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Reception hours: From 5 pm to 8 pm.

If you are going to arrive after 8 pm., you need to contact the accommodation in advance to inform them about your estimated arrival time. You will find the contact details on your confirmation voucher. Make sure you call them when the reception desk is available.

For check-ins from 10.01 pm to 12 am, the reception will charge you a 20 euro surcharge.

For check-ins from 12.01 am, the reception will charge you a 35 euro surcharge.

You will be asked to leave a deposit of € 150 per apartment or studio that will be returned during check-out. The reception will charge this amount on your credit card.

Cleaning Terms and Conditions:

You must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy and throw out the trash. If you do not follow there instructions, the reception will not refund your deposit money.
