We were assigned the second floor rooms on this floor we found the floor full of moisture. The view overlooks practically a wall and the train tracks we found the fridge disconnected the TV disconnected, even inside the fridge there was mold....
It is impossible to consider that this room responds a four star hotel. Also in the bathroom there was mold in the joints of the bathtub and around the bathtub.
Nos asignaron las habitaciones del primer piso en este piso se encuentra el suelo lleno de humedad. Las vistas dan a prácticamente una pared y las vías del tren encontramos la nevera desconectada la televisión desconectada, incluso dentro de la nevera había moho ..
Es imposible considerar que esta habitación responde un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. Además en el cuarto de baño había moho en las juntas de la bañera al alrededor de la bañera.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. It's like two hotels in one, from floor 1 to 5 is of a lousy quality similar to a one or two star hostel, from floor 5 to 7 if it looks like something similar to a hotel of this category, it just looks like it.
El peor hotel de 4 estrellas en el que me he alojado nunca. Son como dos hoteles en uno, de la planta 1 a la 5 es de una calidad pésima similar a un hostal de una o dos estrellas, de la planta 5 a la 7 si parece algo parecido a un hotel de esta categoria, solo lo parece.

The place is like a very nice castle, the rooms are spacious and the cleaning staff very friendly.
El sitio es como un castillo muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y el personal de limpieza muy amable.
The buffet staff is not at all helpful, they treated us rather rudely. The garage door closes by itself when the car is underneath and dented the body of the car.
El personal del buffet no es nada servicial, nos trataron con bastante falta de educación. La puerta del garaje se cierra sola estando el coche debajo y nos abolló la carrocería del coche.

We only stayed one night but it went very well. It's true that in the morning you can hear the noise of the train, but it passes.
The price per day for pets is a bit exorbitant.
The setting is beautiful, but we still had a good stay.
Nous sommes resté que une seule nuit mais ça c’est très bien passé. C’est vrai que le matin ont entend le bruit du train mais ça passe.
Le prix par jour pour les animaux de compagnies c’est un peu exorbitants.
Le cadre est beau nous avons passé quand même un bon séjour.
Price20€ per day for pet and also 15€ per day for parking.
