Excellent hotel, great location. The food is also great, breakfast and dinner, variety of food, meat, fish. The staff is good. There are 2 swimming pools on the roof.
Everything is ok, but in the room the fridge is more like cooler. Maybe should put a fridge, so the drinks, water etc to be colder.

Es un hotel muy bien situado. Con buenas habitaciones, personal muy profesional y siempre muy atento a nuestras necesidades, en especial en la comida que nos facilitaron la comida que por motivo de intolerancia al gluten [celiaca) fueron especialmente sensibles. En especial a camarero Ayoze y chef de cocina que fueron unos autenticos profesionales. Gracias.

Tenerife es una isla llena de contrastes, lo tiene todo: acantilados y bonitas playas, el majestuoso Teide y rutas frondosas en Anaga.
Nuestro hotel, muy bien. La habitación con camas muy cómodas y un balcón con césped artificial en el que apetecía estar un ratito antes de dormir.
No es punto desfavorable para nosotros, porque no buscamos animación del hotel por la noche, pero supongo que para quien le guste, el hotel no es buena opción. Mejor que salgan a las bonitas calles del Puerto, que tienen buen ambiente.

Lo más destacable es la relación calidad-precio, que por 500€ tengas media pensión de 4 estrellas para 2 personas durante 1 semana es un verdadero chollo.
