The friendliness of the hotel staff, the location of the hotel, the spaciousness of the room and its views of the pool and beach, the price.
La amabilidad del personal del hotel, la ubicación del hotel, la amplitud de la habitación y sus vistas a la piscina y playa, el precio.
The dinner schedule is very focused on foreigners without taking into account that we dined later. The shower could be improved by changing / cleaning the shower head. The cleanliness of the interior of the pool.
El horario de las cenas, esta muy enfocado a extranjeros sin tener en cuenta que nosotros cenamos mas tarde. La ducha se podría mejorar cambiando / limpiando la alcachofa. La limpieza del interior de la piscina.

El personal la limpieza y el servicios de cafetería...
I had the all inclusive and the last day at lunch they took it away from me and we had to pay for wine and water.... That was not like the all-inclusive ends at lunch because it was not...
Yo que llevaba el todo incluido y el ultimo día en la comida me lo quitaron y tuvimos que pagar el vino y el agua... Eso no era gusto el todo incluido se termina en la comida pues no fue así...

There are many negative comments but honestly in my opinion it was really amazing experience on this trip, the food was delicious, I would definitely repeat.

The room was comfortable, the staff close and pleasant, to highlight Emilo with his pancakes, Manolo with his charisma joy that made the evenings in the bar very enjoyable, Emma in the dining room with those big eyes and closeness and Juan that although the animation games were not performed, knew how to win our affection, value for money for 3 nights all inclusive is very good, although if we had paid more would not justify it, but you have to understand what you pay for what the hotel offers. For the same price I would come back.
La habitación era cómoda,el personal cercano y agradable, a destacar Emilo con sus tortitas , Manolo con su carisma alegría que hacía las noches en el bar muy amenas , Emma en comedor con esos ojazos y cercanía y Juan que aunque no se realizaron los juegos de animación puestos , supo ganarse nuestra cariño , relación calidad precio por 3 noches con todo incluido está muy bien , aunque sí hubiésemos pagado más no lo justificaría, pero hay que entender lo que pagas a lo que el hotel ofrece . Por el mismo precio volvería.
All inclusive, we were not told that every afternoon from 4 to 6 the dining room is open for snacks, keep in mind if you are going to go because it is something positive to add but I can not put it because we found out the last day. The food was good every day except Sunday night, but as I say, value for money you can not ask for much more, the all inclusive is from 11 to 23'00 hours and if you leave the last day with the food you have to pay for drinks and everything you take, I think it should be extended until 2 pm.
Todo incluido , no nos dijeron que todas las tardes de 4 a 6 se abre el comedor para merendar , tenerlo en cuenta sí vais a ir porque es algo positivo a añadir pero yo no lo puedo poner porque nos enteramos el último día . La comida estuvo bien todos los días menos el domingo noche, pero como digo, relación calidad precio no puedes pedir mucho más, el todo incluido es de 11 a 23'00 horas y sí sales el último día con la comida tienes que pagar bebida y todo lo que te tomes , creo que debería alargarse hasta las 2 de la tarde.

A 10! Quality/price ratio. The Soul of the Hotel. Its staff especially MARI CARMEN and MARTA (RESTAURANT) for their fantastic treatment and professionalism. Great buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Super room with sea and mountain views. I traveled with my mother and my dog (personal animal lover)... I will come back...
