- Best Andorra Center 4* Hotel located in the center of Andorra La Vella (Andorra).
- Available on a Room Only, Bed & Breakfast or Half Board.

- 1 Classic midday entrance (3 hours) to the Caldea Spa Centre per person and stay.

Caldea
Information about Caldea Classic Spa Center
- The access to Caldea Classic is for the day following check-in at the hotel. That is, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
- You will have to enter the center at 12:30 am.
- Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be on time!
- Please note that, to access, you only need to show the voucher included in your booking confirmation.
- Plaease note that it is not possible to make any changes to your appointment.
Information regarding children
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years of age are not allowed to enter the center.
- Children under 5 years old can not access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access Likids, a special area for kids.
- The entrance to Likids is not included in the package and has to be purchased separately
- Children between 5 and 11 years have to provide their age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children).
- The children's entrance fee is already included in the package you have booked.
General information
- All people who are shorter than 1.30 metres, must make use of arm floats.
- For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or with a bandaged or plastered body part are not granted access.
- Be on time for the entrance you have booked to access the center.
- Should Caldea's maximum capacity be exceeded on a given day, we will offer you the entrance for another day of your stay. If this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible.

Hotel Best Andorra Center Spa Area
- Booking this deal you will have unlimited access to the hotel spa area.
- This area consists has: sauna, indoor pool with whirlpool, jets and bubble beds.
- The opening hours are as follows: from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The sauna is open from 17:30h to 21:00h.
- The use of towel, bathing suit and flip-flops is compulsory.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Board Basis
- In case you book the Half Board or Full Board, soft drinks are included.
- In the restaurant there is a vending machine to serve unlimited drinks.
- Wine and beer are not included.

- Please note: only children over 5 years old will be allowed to enter Caldea. Children under this age will already have the corresponding discount applied for not using the entrance to Caldea.
- Children from 0 to 2 years old: travel free sharing bed with adults.
- They can not access Caldea.
- Children from 3 to 4 years old: They do not have access to the spa centre included, but you can still include their LIKIDS ticket during the booking process, so that you can all enjoy a relaxing day.
- Please note that, being a spa for children, you will have to accompany them to the door, and then you can go to the Thermoludic.
- Please note that the LIKIDS area is only available on weekends.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old: They have the entrance included and have special prices, you will see them reflected during the booking process.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room has a 90% surcharge based on the double room occupied by two people. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
