La peor escapada de finde de mi vida.
Empezamos x qué hay q hacer la entrada al hotel a las 5 de la tarde y luego el día de salida, hay q hacerlo a las 10 de la mañana. Hay ya te están robando tiempo. Por q no son 3 días y 2 noches. Si no 2 días y medio.
Después la limpieza. Cambian las sábanas cada 7 días y las toallas cada 3. Y la limpieza de habitación también es cada 3 días. Así q si vienes un finde, no ves ni por asomo la limpiadora. Ya ni hablar de sábanas y toallas limpias.
Le falta mantenimiento al hotel y muchas limpieza.
Del buffet...que no hay x donde cogerlo, poca variedad, muy poca calidad. Siempre lo mismo. Las cenas eran hasta las 9:30 y a las 8:45 ya estaban recogiendo las bandejas y no reponían. Había gente q llegaba a las 9 a cenar y se veía sin nada q comer. Un desastre de restaurante.
La primera vez que en un todo incluido me cobran las botellas de agua. Eso es vergonzoso.nunca se cobra. Viene en el todo incluido
El snack, era solo una hora y poca cosa. Los perritos calientes, no tenían pan de perrito. Había q hacérselo en pan de baguette. Y lo demás muy regular
En otros hoteles el snack es todo el día, pero bueno. Aquí no estaba bien ni las comidas. Va ha estar bien el snack.
Con respecto al spa. Bañarse en la piscina del spa. Era la muerte a pellizcos. El agua más congelada no podía estar. Incluso más q la del exterior.
No se por qué no está climatizada . Está claro que este hotel se lo quiere ganar todo en limpio.
En definitiva yo no me vuelvo a gastar mi dinero en este hotel ni tampoco se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Estuvimos hace 6 años en pareja y ahora hemos vuelto con nuestro hijo de 4 años. La estancia ha estado muy bien, el hotel cuenta con diversas instalaciones para hacer que los niños estén muy a gusto. Las comidas estaban bien y había variedad. El personal de recepción, del bar de la piscina y restaurante muy agradables y pendientes en todo momento. Pero lo mejor ha sido el equipo de animación, muy atentos y cariñosos con mi hijo y con todos los niños. Han sido de 10! Gracias a Vini, Raquel, Karina y al resto, Lucas se va con una primera experiencia súper grata. Seguro volveremos! Obrigado!!
