Caldea
Information about Caldea Classic Spa Center
- The access to Caldea Classic is for the day following check-in at the hotel. That is, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
- You will have to enter the center at 12:30 am.
- Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be on time!
- Please note that, to access, you only need to show the voucher included in your booking confirmation.
- Plaease note that it is not possible to make any changes to your appointment.
Information regarding children
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years of age are not allowed to enter the center.
- Children under 5 years old can not access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access Likids, a special area for kids.
- The entrance to Likids is not included in the package and has to be purchased separately
- Children between 5 and 11 years have to provide their age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children).
- The children's entrance fee is already included in the package you have booked.
General information
- All people who are shorter than 1.30 metres, must make use of arm floats.
- For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or with a bandaged or plastered body part are not granted access.
- Be on time for the entrance you have booked to access the center.
- Should Caldea's maximum capacity be exceeded on a given day, we will offer you the entrance for another day of your stay. If this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible.

- Children from 0 to 2 years old: travel free sharing bed with 2 adults or in a crib.

- Children from 3 to 4 years old: they travel with a 50% discount at the hotel.

- You can add your ticket to Likids (Caldea's children's spa) during the booking process.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old: they travel with a special price, i.e. they have a 50% discount on the accommodation booking and pay a surcharge for the entrance to Caldea. An approximate 30% total discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
