Vergonzoso. Estoy aquí ahora mismo con mi marido, porque queríamos venir un día a descansar. Desde el primer momento la recepcionista un trato incorrecto. Teníamos reservado pensión completa con comida para mañana y nos dicen al llegar que no hay comida porque cierra, que tenemos la opción de picnic (sándwich frio, botella de agua y pieza de fruta). Después de esto subimos a la habitación doble de matrimonio y no encontramos con un somier de 150 y un colchón de 135. Por motivos físicos no cabemos en esa cama los dos y bajamos a recepción para ver si había posibilidad de cambio de habitación por motivos físicos obvios y nos lo niegan. Dicen que tienen el hotel lleno cerrando mañana. Procedo a poner reclamación oficial. Al subir a la habitación con más calma nos fijamos en la falta de cuidado y limpieza de la habitación donde no vamos a poder dormir. Sábanas sucias, moho en la bañera, lámparas sucias, paredes en malas condiciones. En vez de una día romántico esto se ha convertido en una pesadilla. Y eso que acabamos de llegar. El trato en recepción tanto por recepcionista como por supuesto responsable ha sido Vergonzoso. La hoja de reclamaciones será presentada en consumo para que no sigan engañando a gente. La verdad es que contento con el personal a pesar de estar ya a final de temporada. El hotel está completamente dejado de la mano de Dios, falta limpieza a todos los niveles, 3 de cada 4 días el suelo del restaurante resbalaba de la gran cantidad de grasa adherida al suelo, las tazas, vasos y platos tenían incrustaciones varias, si tenías suerte pillabas platos, sino tenias que usar platos de café para el almuerzo. Las cucharillas vuelan en la primera hora de comida. Los baños de recepción estuvieron todos los días imposibles de entrar, el olor era tan nauseabundo que nos daba nauseas solo al entrar. La piscina estaba echa picón, peligrosa con elementos cortantes y no me fiaba de la calidad del agua. Decían que cerraban para reformar pero querían abrir en Semana Santa. Es IMPOSIBLE acometer toda la reforma necesaria en tan poco tiempo. Seguramente pondrán un parche a 4 cosas y tirarán para adelante, pero está demasiado mal organizado y desgastado. Es obvio que no todos los hoteles pueden estar en primera línea de playa. HABITACIÓN: La habitación vibraba por las máquinas, debido al mal aislamiento de forjado. El aparato de aire acondicionado no se podía regular bien por fallo en mando de pared. SERVICIOS: Escasos servicios en el hotel y los que había de calidad que deja que desear bastante. Servicio de ventilación desastroso. Mucho calor en todas las zonas comunes y acumulación de olores. La distribución de ascensores impiden el tránsito a comedor, lo que provoca molestias. LIMPIEZA: La limpieza podría ser bastante mejorable en habitaciones, pero especialmente en el comedor. En el comedor, los suelos resbaladizos, los platos con restos secos y pegados. Las tazas y vasos sucios, los cubiertos sucios y pegados unos a otros... COMIDA: Bastante mejorable. Y especialmente la disposición de la sala. Ha habido que recorrerse todo el comedor para coger cubiertos de postre, vasos, servilletas, aliños de ensaladas (en un extremo solo). Debiera de estar distribuido en más zonas. Cartelería de comida y postres no adecuada para visualizar. Debería haber señalizaciones visibles sin tener que acercarse tanto, para hacer más ágil del desplazamiento de clientes. PERSONAL: Atento y haciendo lo posible con los pocos medios de los que dispone el hotel. Nuestro último día el hotel cerraba puesto que iba a reformarse, así que indica que están dispuestos a mejorar, ya que había algunas partes más antiguas. Aún así nuestra experiencia con las diferentes actividades y el trabajo increíble del equipo de animación fue increíble. El personal del hotel es encantador y dispuesto siempre. Los trabajadores un encanto, tanto recepcionistas, animadores, camareros, cocineros, limpiadoras... La limpieza muy buena, por lo menos en mi habitación no tengo queja, la comida, a veces, un poco repetitiva, pero como norma, suele pasar en todos o casi todos los sitios, la piscina bien, es amplia, necesita unos arreglos, pero bien, lo único que le puedo poner pega es el aire acondicionado en zonas comunes, pasillos, salón de bar, recepción..,etc. La ubicación es buena, en un pequeño paseo estás en la playa, cerca de sitios de compras. Estuvimos tan agusto que porque nos dijeron que no había sitio para poder quedarnos otro día más, de lo contrario se hubieran alargado las vacaciones. Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido sin duda la falta de aire acondicionado en zonas comunes, que los cocineros que hacen la comida en plancha en vivo, sean más y tengan plancha mas grande, que las colas eran tremendas y algún día era más de media hora de espera. Por lo demás aparte de ésto de las colas en plancha y el aire..., poco más. Si que se nota que necesita algo de reforma en algunas zonas más que en otras, pero para eso dicen que han finalizado la temporada, para hacer reforma, por lo cuál si hacen las reformas pertinentes y demás, seguro superará aún más las expectativas.
