Para los niños es diversión asegurada, y para los que no son tan niños, me he tirado por todo los toboganes!! El tema de que la llave sea una pulsera es un puntazo, porque no tienes que llevarte nada de nada!!! Había colas para comer, pero se disolvian rápidos puesto que hay muchas mesas. En general un 9, repetiré seguro.
What I liked least was the housekeeping service. On the day we arrived they didn’t give us the room until 5:00 pm, and only because we went to ask at reception, as we wanted to rest a while after a long journey. The next day they didn’t clean the room; they arrived at 4:00 pm but we were resting, so they couldn’t do it. I asked if they could come later but they replied that they finish at 4:30 pm and that earlier they hadn’t been able to because they have to prepare the rooms for new arrivals before 12:00h. So why didn’t they give us the room until 5:00 pm on the day we arrived? The following day they did clean the room first thing because we asked. The pillows are very thin and your neck hurts, but if you request another pillow they bring them quickly. Another negative point is the long queues for check-in; I think they need more staff or to speed the process up somehow, for example allowing online check-in.
