4.1 Raul Travelled with family July 2025 We have spent several days at the ON City Resort All-Inclusive Prime and, although the resort has very new and visually attractive facilities, the experience does not justify the very high price paid. ✅ The positive: The facilities are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly at all times. The pool party on Thursday with DJ Migue Mazuecos provided a good atmosphere and was a fun moment. The inflatable park for children at night is a good idea and children love it. However, it would be nice to have a point to get drinks and a restroom nearby, as it is a bit far from the rest of the resort. ❓ Conclusion: The resort has positive aspects, but the overall experience does not justify the price. There are too many flaws in comfort, maintenance, and service for the cost of staying here. Hopefully, the hotel will listen to these sincere reviews and make some gesture towards those who trust in their proposal. Because if these aspects are taken care of, they could become a highly recommended resort. But as of today, we would not recommend it.
There is only one entrance to the complex, and if your room is far away (as happened to us), you have to walk 7-10 minutes every time you enter or exit. This becomes cumbersome, especially in hot weather or with children. It would be key to have a secondary access, for example near the wave pool. At the entrance to the wave pool and another pool, the floor is very slippery. We saw several falls. It is a serious safety flaw that needs to be addressed. My wife had a skin reaction after bathing in one of the pools (rashes, itching). Something like this had never happened to her before. Possibly, the chlorine levels or other chemicals are poorly regulated. Room cleaning was superficial: Hair remains in the shower for several days. They haven't swept under the beds since it opened. Dirty sink not cleaned. Some towels with stains and hair. It doesn't give the impression of a quality resort. The pillows and pool loungers are very uncomfortable. The pillows are so thin that it's hard to rest, and the loungers don't encourage relaxation as they should. In the kids' club, it is very hot, and even on cooler days, there was a large drain right inside the kids' club, which could cause a serious accident if any child falls. At night, the entertainment is on a terrace they have on an upper floor, there are stairs but only one elevator, and it's already causing problems sometimes, so I had to go down with my daughter, the stroller... and go up the stairs because the elevator wasn't working. The food is good but very repetitive. If you stay more than three days, you end up eating the same thing. All drinks are served with crushed ice, even glasses and soft-drinks. This is not a minor detail, it is something that influences the experience. Ice cubes should also be offered. The entertainment is weak, not varied, and not engaging. Very basic for a resort of this level. They had to close the pink slide because a woman hurt her back. It is true that when you go down, it scratches you, something we also noticed. Another important maintenance issue to review. The pool showers were partially functional. For a new hotel, it is surprising that half of them did not work properly, which is uncomfortable for guests. The LOBE beach bar, which is between the pools, had confusing hours. Some days it closed at 21:00h., another day at 10:30 p.m., and the signs said until midnight. No one was clear about the schedule, not even the security staff. This generates frustration when you want to order something at the last minute.

9.7 Pilar Travelled with family July 2025 I loved the experience. It's a very beautiful hotel, with lots of entertainment for both adults and children. The pools and Water Slides are magnificent. The buffet is plentiful and varied. The facilities are very nice. There are shaded sunbeds for everyone, as well as food stalls. The rooms are comfortable. The animations are very entertaining.
The only downside is the floor around the pools, which is very slippery, causing significant and dangerous falls.

10 Roberto-jesús Travelled with family July 2025 The place is spectacular. It is noticeable that they are starting this year, unbeatable customer service, everything very new and clean, lots of security, still no saturation, top premium brands in all-inclusive drinks, very varied entertainment... I hope they don't change over time.
Something about the rooms without a terrace to hang wet clothes. It was forbidden to do it on the railing of the "little terrace" and there was nothing available.

9.7 Santiago Travelled with family July 2025 All that is said falls short, from the staff who work there, which is impressive, very hardworking, everything is clean, good food, Spanish hours, the pool with Water Slides is amazing, and the entertainment is excellent for both parents and children. Definitely worth repeating!! Food and drinks are plentiful.
Comida y bebida no falta.
The only thing I would change is the car park issue, which is paid, although there is plenty of free car park outside.

8.6 Verónica Travelled with family July 2025 The area with Water Slides and pools is fantastic. All the facilities in general are very good. Ideal for children and not so young. The train to the beach is a detail to take into account!
The mini club schedule is limited. In the morning, they finish very early and in the afternoon, they start very late. The entertainers are a 12 out of 10 but the mini club facilities are too small. Regarding the buffet, good food although sometimes repetitive. Lots of smoke in the lounges from the wok and grill areas.
