The room that they give you is in the basement-1 with very little light and very cramped, you have to pay more if you want one of the upper floors, since the one that is included in the offer is the one in the basement
La habitación que te dan es en el sótano-1 con muy poca luz y muy agobiante, tienes que pagar más si quieres en una de las plantas superiores , ya que la que entra en la oferta es la del sotano

I was not happy when we arrived at the hotel and were surprised to find that the child's meals were not included. They put it in special conditions in a masked way. I felt a bit cheated. This has never happened to me before with this company.
No me ha parecido bien el llegar al hotel y encontrarnos la sorpresa de que el niño no tenía las comidas incluidas. Lo ponen en condiciones especiales de forma enmascarada. Me he sentido un poco engañada. Nunca me había ocurrido esto antes con esta empresa.

It's a shame that they charge you for the children's meals after paying half board, apart from the lousy food. I wouldn't come back even for free.

It is well located near Playa de Playa shopping malls, pharmacy and supermarkets.
Está bien ubicado cerca de Playa de centros comerciales, farmacia y supermercados.
The room had no terrace was in a basement with only one window, the food is fine if you go a few days and is a letter and always the same.

The garden with "low hydric level", not a single real plant, all made of plastic...
