En el microondas, el plato estaba sucio, se debería haber volcado algún tipo de líquido y los 3 días que estuvimos allí, no se limpio. En definitiva, buscábamos un sitio para descansar y comer y no fue el sitio más recomendable, la verdad, una verdadera pena. No repetiremos. Me pareció algo totalmente desorganizado y falto de información por todos los lados, el trato de la gente del spa muy deficiente, en un momento determinado sentí que me estaban haciendo un favor al dejarme entrar en el spa... Las vistas espectaculares aunque estuviéramos en medio de un pueblo había una naturaleza preciosa y el barrio también era muy bonito. El hotel estaba decorado de Navidad y también era precioso. El personal muy atento y majo en todo momento. Y relación calidad precio en estas fechas (puente de diciembre) estaba muy bien también. El desayuno era sencillo pero la comida estaba buena y era de calidad. El spa que venía incluido era más una piscina compartida que un circuito de relajación. Había dos chorros para compartir entre 20 personas y nada más, si hubiera almenos un jacuzzi con burbujas y un recorrido de chorros fuertes sería más entretenido, de la otra forma mucha gente se quedaba en la piscina esperando a que la pareja que ocupaba el chorro terminase. No hubo sevicio de limpieza en ningún momento en la estancia, no sé si porque al ser 3 días de estancia no limpian directamente , pero que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no sean capaces de hacer las camas aunque sea me parece un poco chocante...
