Booking Details::
- Please ensure that the names and surnames of all travellers are provided exactly as they appear on their ID cards. This will ensure that the holiday vouchers are correct.

You will need to contact the relevant organization (embassy, consulate, etc.) to make sure you have the correct documentation to travel with.

If you do not present the necessary documentation, boarding will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
Information about your holiday vouchers

You will receive the holiday vouchers by email up to 48 hours before departure. You will need to print them.

Upon arrival at the airport, you must present this printed documentation along with the IDs of all travelers. Without these, boarding will not be possible.

You can’t visit Gran Canaria and not visit the Dunes in Maspalomas! This area is one of the top tourist attractions of the island.

If you’re into watersports and marine animals, this island offers plenty of activities: whale watching, glass-bottom boat trips, snorkeling …

Apart from Maspalomas, other great beach resorts in this island are Paya del Ingles - the best option if you’re planning on clubbing during your holiday -, Meloneras - if you’re looking for something more laid back -, and Puerto Rico - family-friendly resort with water parks, theme parks, restaurants and shopping centres. Also the place to be if you’re into windsurfing.

Puerto de Mogan is another must-visit. They call it the Canarian Venice as it’s full of canals. The beach Playa de Mogan is a nice little beach also very shallow, great if you’re going to Gran Canaria with the family! There are a couple of restaurants, snack bars and a little supermarket that can come in handy.

- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: you will be able to see the discount in the booking process (always sharing room with two adults).
- IMPORTANT: on the plane, the baby has to go in the parents' seat, he/she does not have an assigned seat.
- Children up to 12 years of age: travel at a 10% discount, always sharing a room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
