In general, the price-performance ratio was well below what I expected. For an all-inclusive even though it has 3 stars, the facilities, the shows, the menus, the pillows and some mattresses could be improved. And the fact that there is no picnic option for guests (as in my case) who had to leave before they opened the dining room for breakfast, seems very bad to me.

Para ser un todo incluido aunque tenga 3 estrellas se podrían mejorar las instalaciones, los shows, los menús, las almohadas y algunos colchones creo que podrían renovarlos ya. Y eso de que no tenga opción de hacer picnics para los clientes (como en mi caso) que tuvimos que irnos antes de que abrieran el comedor para desayunar, me parece muy mal.

Iba con las expectativas bajas, ya que, vi bastantes comentarios negativos en las reseñas de Google. Pero me lleve una sorpresa para bien, no se, si fue casualidad o que la gente exagera demasiado, pero la comida buenísima, un lugar tranquilo, ubicación preciosa justo al lado de la playa y sobre todo el personal que trabaja allí son maravillosos, las habitaciones es verdad que están un poco anticuadas pero tienen como una mini terraza/porche y unos ventanales grandes que entra mucha luz

Las habitaciones están para reformar todo, la instalación eléctrica se iba y venía, la señal de la televisión igualmente, el inodoro se quedaba enganchado y se salía el agua por el suelo, la limpieza muy mal ya que el primer día ni me cambiaron las toallas tuve que ir a decirlo y la limpieza nada recogían solamente, tuve que ir a recepción a quejarme porque ni limpiaban el baño ni barrían ni fregaban el suelo.
